Production Facilities |
WSH GmbH operates several
heat treatment facilities to assure perfect heat treatment
for medium- and high-alloyed materials.
In order to guarantee an optimal condition
of the production facilities all furnaces are being continuously
monitored. According to ISO
9001:2000 all facilities are additionally checked at intervals
of 6 months for temperature stability and for the precision
of the control elements. For all facilities which heat treat
work pieces according to the Nadcap
certification the checking intervals are 3 months. This way
repeatability of heat treatment processes can be facilitated.
